These Terms & Conditions govern your booking and use of tours and services provided by Lebanon Tours (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a tour or service with us, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once you have completed the booking process and received confirmation from us. You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide (names, dates, pickup location, contact details) are correct.

Prices & Payment

Prices are shown on our website and are quoted in [US Dollars / your currency]. [State how and when payment is taken — e.g. paid online at the time of booking, or a deposit with the balance paid on the day.] Any entrance fees, meals or activities described as “not included” are payable separately by you.

Cancellations & Refunds

Changes to Tours

Occasionally we may need to change a tour itinerary or timing due to weather, road conditions, site closures or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always aim to provide an equivalent experience and to keep you informed.

Your Responsibilities

  • Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location.
  • Carry any valid identification or documents required for your tour.
  • Behave respectfully towards guides, drivers, other guests and the places you visit.
  • Follow the reasonable instructions of your guide or driver, especially regarding safety.

Health, Fitness & Safety

Some tours and activities (such as hiking, swimming or adventure activities) require a reasonable level of fitness and health. You take part in such activities at your own risk and should let us know in advance of any medical conditions or special needs. You are responsible for assessing whether an activity is suitable for you.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you have your own valid travel insurance covering medical care, personal belongings, cancellations and the activities you plan to take part in.

Liability

We take great care to provide safe, enjoyable tours. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, damage or delay arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or from your own actions or failure to follow reasonable instructions. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in providing our services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, road closures or government restrictions.

Photography

We may occasionally take photographs during tours for promotional use. If you would prefer not to appear in such photos, simply let your guide know and we will respect your wishes.

Complaints

If something isn’t right during your tour, please tell your guide or driver straight away so we can try to put it right. If you wish to raise a concern afterwards, please contact us at info@lebanontours.co.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Lebanese courts. [Confirm with your lawyer.]
